Tanya has over 20 years experience in sports and fitness as a performer / player and instructor / coach. Her experience in working with posture and correct movement patterns makes her a specialist in this field. Her qualifications, training and experience are accessed by the athlete and the injured, those wanting to enhance performance on the sports field and those struggling with issues of poor posture.
