MBT Step Class
MBT Skip, Step, Squat... offers a brilliant cardiovascular workout that still places great emphasis on the alignment of joints and the spine. This is an all over conditioning class, and is accessible to beginners and above. Its great fun getting sweaty and fit - come and give it a try!

NB This class is the perfect preparation for skiing!
