Helen Baker
Well Known in the Warrington area, Helen has a wide range of experience in providing exercise sessions to improve health and fitness. Currently she is teaching a range of Pilates based sessions from the Studio. Helen is our technician; you can expect absolute accuracy in her exercise prescription!
