Julia Blackburn
Julia is instructing Pilates with a background in physiotherapy. She uses her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medicine for generalised Pilates and in the use of Pilates for rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, neurological and rheumatological conditions. Julia's MSc Physiotherapy explored exercise physiology, applied exercise science, analysis of human movement and paediatric physiology alongside research methodology. She has an interest in Pilates during and after pregnancy and is exploring its use in children.
