Swiss Ball Class
Instability, ie trying to balance on the ball, promotes core stability as the unstable surface forces a reaction from your deep stability muscles. We practice Pilates on the Ball for this reason. Most of the mat work routine can be performed on the ball. The ball will increase the intensity of the exercise and provide you with different feedback. Swiss Ball classes are for improvers - advanced level students.
