From our purpose-built studio in Warrington, Posture Fitness offers you a full and varied range of Pilates core conditioning classes. Pilates exercise will lengthen and strengthen your spine and stabilise your joints. Deep muscle tone and improved posture are the results of practicing Pilates. We accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced, and cater for injured adults, sports rehab, general posture improvements, medical referral, elite athlete training and those managing back or joint pain. The studio utilises a wide range of equipment to achieve improvements in core strength and stability.
